Dear Amazon,

I'm writing to inquire as to why the following book titles of mine (I'm the editor or co-editor) no longer have sales rankings attached to them, while others of mine do.

I know that most of these are very recent decisions while He's on Top and Yes, Sir and Yes, Ma'am have not had sales rankings for several months.
