My friend/trainer Allison teaches my baby cousin Adam how to squat! Adam also can do downward dog and some other yoga poses. Also: Cutest. Cousin. Ever. To me, anyways. Less than two months until I get to feed him his first cupcake!

Girl, you are going to hurt your back squating like that.
look straight up when you squat. it straightens out your back to prevent injury.
