When in doubt, eat cupcakes

I'm very busy writing, editing, finishing my novel, tying up loose ends, learning how to record video on my new digital camera, getting over my cold, making cupcakes for Heeb magazine, and trying to keep my head on straight. My goal for this month is to pare down to one big bag. Possibly this one, but there are a few other contenders. I'm willing to shell out if it'll hold all my stuff and mean I know where things are and not, for instance, go all the way home, lugging a 35 pound kettlebell, only to think I'd left my keys in bag 3 in my office, only to return and find my keys were in one of the bags I already had with me. True story.

Also - please come out to In The Flesh this Thursday at Happy Ending Lounge, 302 Broome Street, to see my friends and fellow bloggers read what's sure to be some crazy, funny, and sexy stories. And also come out on Tuesday for cupcakes and sex journalism from Best Sex Writing 2008 at Rapture Cafe, 200 Avenue A (between 12th and 13th), 7-9.
