Fire strikes Dana DeArmond's home while she's at AVN

I'm told that during AVN, porn star Dana DeArmond's house burned down (you know, she of the column that got me fired from the Voice_, leaving her with only the stripper clothes she'd taken to Vegas. A fundraiser is in the works, details TK. That's ALL I know about it but wanted to pass along the word.

Update: Dana herself has posted about it, along with a news article and video of her burning building. The fire was caused by an "unattended candle." I really think people need to think about how dangerous candles are. I'm not saying don't light candles, but a fire like this seems to me like it was completely avoidable. She's asking for donations, so I just wanted to spread the word and also really urge you not to leave candles, burning cigarettes, etc. anywhere especially if there's a chance you might fall asleep or leave them unattended.

the only things i own were in my suitcase i took to vegas.
(a few short skirts and stripper shoes mostly)

i lost some very expensive things i need for my work 24" iMac, 2 external harddrives.
and i also lost things i needed for everyday. sneakers, tshirts, underwear, towels, sheets, my bed. etc.

literally everything is gone.
